For my final object I have materials such as a sharper, needle, zipper, cow hide (in purple and black), and black string. In this step I was able to decrease the size of my wallet from the previous step and follow all the usual steps by cutting each piece and sewing it together. However once I started I realized that this was going to be a challenge. The leather I bought was very thick so it was hard on my hand to sew for a long time. I realized that my needle was not strong enough so I went out and bought a sharper needle that was designed for leather. This allowed me to sew a lot easier however it still took a very long time. I was able to successfully make a functioning wrist wallet however the stitching did not turn out as neat as I had anticipated.
